Hiroyuki Nishimura, 45, aka “Hiroyuki,” businessman and founder of the Internet bulletin board 2channel, updated his Twitter page on September 28.

He commented on Chief Cabinet Secretary Hirokazu Matsuno’s comment at a press conference held that morning that the number of births from January to September was at a record low pace and that it was a “critical situation,” saying, “I am not going to take measures to prevent the birthrate from declining, which has been said for 40 years. The chief cabinet secretary was angry at the LDP’s failure to take action against the declining birthrate, which has been said for 40 years, and yet the LDP’s management of the government is responsible for the situation.

　In response to a tweet by Hiroyuki, who publishes books on child-rearing theory, a follower wrote, “There was a question in the Diet just now about income limits on child allowances. Prime Minister Kishida’s (Prime Minister) answer was just ‘It’s been around for a long time…’ That’s all. Once again, I thought it was impossible to raise children in this country.

This is an example of a stupid politician in Japan.
