Hiroyuki Nishimura, 46, aka Hiroyuki, the founder of the online bulletin board “2channel” and a businessman, updated his Twitter page on April 7.
He wrote, “All it took to destroy a children’s park with a great environment was a complaint from just one house! Is that enough, Mayor Kenji Ogiwara! Please listen to the voice of the citizens,” quoted Nagano City Council member Kazuma Koizumi, who gave his personal opinion.
In the post quoted by Mr. Hiroyuki, he reported that the Aokishima Amusement Park in Nagano City is scheduled to close in December this year and to be closed next year, triggered by one complainer who said, “The children’s voices are too loud. The article also described how complaints have prevented normal use of the park, despite its location in the middle of an area where elementary schools, daycare centers, and children’s centers are concentrated.

Is there even a place in Japan where children can play in good health?
It seems obvious that it is much better to play in the park than to stay at home and play video games.
