It has been announced that “ONE PIECE” will be on hiatus for about a month from the magazine’s June 27th issue (No. 30), and will enter its final chapter from the July 25th issue (No. 34), when the series will resume.

Mr. Oda said of the resumption of the serialization, “This is where ONE PIECE begins! (Eh! (Laughter) I will draw all the mysteries of this world that have been hidden until now. It’s going to be interesting,” he commented.

Well, I’m almost done with the “WANOKOKU-hen” and I’m almost done with the prep work. 25 years it took me (laughs). Because …… this is where ONE PIECE begins! (Ew! (Laughs) I’m going to draw all the mysteries of this world that I’ve been hiding until now. It’s going to be fun. Please fasten your seatbelts. Best regards! (translated by me)
