Hiroyuki Nishimura (45), businessman and founder of 2chan, appeared live on ABEMA’s “Abema Prime” (Monday to Friday, 9.00pm) on the 28th, once again calling for the “no need for phones” argument.

The debate, “Do we need telephones?”, was broadcast in June last year and caused a great deal of controversy. which was broadcast in June last year and caused a great deal of controversy.

Hiroyuki said: “The stronger the position and the more incompetent the person is, the more they want to use it. To put it in writing, you have to use your ability to put it together in your head and write an explanation. People who are too stupid to do even that call the other person and tell them verbally in the order they came up with it.”

When the topic came up again in the programme, Hiroyuki said: “It’s easy to call people who are in a weaker position than you. You can call them out of the blue and say, ‘Hurry up and answer me! and it’s like you can interrupt them. In that sense, the more important a person is, the more important a phone call is. I think it would be better if there were fewer and fewer incompetent people.
